Roger Morrow received his SLS Commission in July, 1979 and shortly after, started the Unity office with 2 field crews, working out of his basement. By the early 80’s, they were busy enough to sustain 4 field crews, and moved to an office space in Unity. Roger would phone in the previous day’s info to Bruno, as all the drafting was completed in Regina. What a relief it was to receive their first fax machine in 1985! Shortly thereafter, the oil prices fell and more time was spent in Maple Creek to meet the demands of shallow gas drilling. It was then that they realized the volume of potential work in SW Saskatchewan. The Unity office was closed, and in 1990, the Maple Creek office was opened with Roger as office manager.
